I was born in Canada but have a Korean heritage, so I am very fluent in English, but not very fluent in Korean. I completed Gr.12 English during summer 2009 and will be taking Gr.12 French in February 2010. I would like to improve my Korean, for personal purposes; such as being able to speak confidentally to my relatives, as well as Korean acquintances. In addition, I would like to improve my French for future job requirements. My Korean is a beginner level in the listening, speaking, reading, and writing areas. However, I do know the basics, such as the vowels and consonants and simple phrases. Furthermore, I have taken French since grade 3 - 11 and I am able to recognize and understand in a moderate level. However, I need to improve in my writing and speaking skills. I would like to dedicate at least 1-2 hours in learning these languages. I am looking for a teacher who is flexible and easy to talk to. As well, by the end of the year I would like to accomplish speaking French and Korean fluently and write proficiently.

I work as the Caucus Coordinator for the National Conservative Caucus Chair's office (Guy Lauzon, MP) on Parliament Hill in Ottawa, Canada.
I am looking to become fully bilingual to help improve my skill set and to be more effective on the Hill when dealing with francophone colleagues. I have taken French courses during high school, and a couple during University, but I am looking for some intensive one-on-one lessons. I would classify myself as between beginner and intermediate. I would like to specifically focus on oral training, grammar and vocabulary the most.
Therefore, I'm enquiring about private french lessons starting in January twice weekly (for an hour each time).
