I am interested in learning Romanian. My girlfriend is originally from Romania and her parents still live there. It is important to me that I be able to communicate with them when we visit without my girlfriend always having to translate. I am willing to dedicate 1-3 hours per week plus homework.

I've been studying the romanian language for almost 3 years now, and have a very good grasp on the language, especially when reading.. Most of my learning has come from proper sources, like textbooks and newspapers. My knowledge of grammar far exceeds my ability to speak or understand regular Romanian speech. Am nevoie de sa vorbesc si ascult romaneste mai des. Puteti sa-ma ajutati? Nu sunt 'beginner', dar nici nu sunt 'expert'. my wife is romanian and we plan on moving next year to seek employment in romania. While my wife is a good teacher i feel as if it would be better to have someone teaching me that has no bias and is willing to start from scratch wirh much patiance. While i do have basic beginner knowlegde of conversationa l romainian i fell i could use much work in grammar and what not, i am a very fast learner and i have a basic knowledge of lating languages such as spanish and italian which i feel help me a great deal. I would prefer to dedicate at least one to two hours a week to the lessons. Also, I prefer a female teacher as i believe they have more patience. If there is anyone in the are willing to help me please respomd as soon as possible.
