I am looking to learn french as I will be having a French exchange student living with me for 3 months. I also wish to travel to France in the coming year (2011). I did basic French in primary school but that was a long time ago so I will be starting at a beginners level. I would like help with grammar, conversation and anything else that I might need. I am willing to spend 1 to 2 hours per week/ fortnight on these lessons as I am very busy. I need someone who will push me to do well, is flexible, friendly, has experience teaching and who someone who is serious about helping me to learn this language. Price, $15 per hour, as I have other expenses.

I am looking for a Danish tutor as I am interested in doing an exchange for university. I am very interested in the culture of the Scandinavian countries and have close friends in both Denmark and Norway, so someone from Scandinavian heritage would be of an advantage, although not a must.
I am a beginner and have no background knowledge in Danish.
I am working full time so lessons of a night time would suit me best, although I am very enthusiastic to learn, so I could arrange my work roster to suit the tutor. Hours per week for language lessons would be discussed with the tutor.

I would like to learn Vietnames as I am currently doing an MPhil at the University of Queensland. A large part of my project will take place in Vietnam and will involve interacting with people in rural communities.
I currently speak no Vietnamese at all and would like to some proficiency in conversationa l Vietnamese and also a small amount of literacy.
I am prepared to have lessoms once or twice a week and would also be able spend some time studying the language outside of lessons time.
