I have enrolled for A! deutsche at the goethe inst in london, I have a weeks holiday to take first week of december but also would like to combine this with language tuition for 5 days, possible 2/3 hours aday. Female instructor preferred. As yet I have not decieded whether to come to halle or leipzig.

Hello,
My name is Marlena, I have recentley moved from England to Germany & have lived here since January, i am, unfortunately struggling to pick up the language & definately need lessons, I am a total beginner. I work 6 days a week, so would only have time for 1 lesson a week, i have been learning words, but struggle to put sentences together & lack the confidence to try to speak to people. The people i work with all speak reasonable English & so talk to me in English, which is lovely, but i would like the ability to talk to these people in their own language, so if anybody can help me, i have a car & map, so am willing to drive into düsseldorf or anywhere within the same vacinity, i live in Geldern & work in Vorst.
Any help would be greatfully appreciated . Thankyou

Japanese man looks for a private teacher for German language in daily life use.
After 13-years of living in U.S.A, my English proficiency is almost native level
with an engineering/s cience professional experience.
After coming back from the U.S.A. 3 years ago, started working for the cuurent/same
Deutsch company in Tokio, Japan (JP). The company's uni-language is English. Thus,
the company offered only English lesson for the employees who were deemed to take,
but no Deutsch lesson was never offered. My job was to develop engineering products
per JP-customers' need. Since our company's JP-sector doesn't have a production plant,
commu nication between the plant and JP-developmen t center was the most important element
for a success in our business.
Nevertheless, English proficiency of the plant employees (near Erfurt, Thueringen) is limited,
and I found it was the best to use Deutsch-Engli sh !, and my limited but use of Deutsch in
culturally revered attitude catches a smooth operation and it even strengthens our cooperation.
Luckily, I found a private Deutsch teacher in Tokio and had an introductory course.
I also went through beginner-inte rmediate lesson book with audio practice.
Vo cabulary is of course limited and the hardest area is listening.
Now, I am in Deutschland and works at the plant as a development manager for JP-developmen t.
The lesson I need is not professional level, but for daily life use. My stay in Deutschland is 'unlimited'
based on my contract made with the company. Thus, I do need to learn quick enough and continue to learn
as my life in here starts.
