i am a complete beginner with an uncanny gift for languages if given certain keys.
i have a friend who is pakistani and i would like to learn urdu so i can communicate with her family and with her even though she speaks perfect queen's english.
i need conversationa l, day to day, functional, and perhaps even some poetic urdu and am as dedicated as can be given my insane schedule.
i think initially one hour lesson per week with perhaps a mid-week online/teleph one half hour follow-up would be the most i could fit into my schedule.
i need someone who can give me basic keys with which to begin to string words into phrases. i am an uncanny student of phonetics and can mimic very very well. i need audio and some DVD assistance as well.

The reason why I want to learn to speak Polish is because my wife, as well as my in-laws are fluent in Polish. Knowing that we will raise our children to speak both languages, I would like to get the head start and begin learning the Polish language. It is something that I want my wife to hold onto for the rest of her life.
I would like to start from the beginning and work all the way to being able to converse with people. At this time I only know basic words.
I would be able to dedicate at least 1x per week.

My name is Giovanni , i'am interested in learning the Thai language . I will be visiting Thailand next year with plans of purchasing a home . I have been doing research looking for a country i would like to settle down in and i found Thailand to be the most appealing to me . I'am an absolute beginner in the Thai language , i would like to speak and understand the language as much as i can before i get to Thailand . I have never seriously studied Welsh language and I want very much to do so. I have been working a little on my own, but would like to be grounded in the fundamentals and begin to be conversationa l. This is a life-long dream of mine, to learn to speak Welsh. I learn fast, but it is always difficult to try to teach oneself foreign language from a book, especially when there is a lot of new pronunciation . I look forward to hear from you.

I have been now in Thailand for two weeks and I loved this country. I am planning to come back again very soon and would like to learn the language as quickly as possible. I know only few words but I am a very fast learner as I already speak 5 languages. I am native in French, English and Arabic and speak also moroccan and Spanish.
I primarily want to learn conversationa l Thai and it would be nice to be able to write it and read it as well.
I am willing to dedicate as much time as needed to be fluent in the shortest period of time.
I would like a teacher who is patient and has good methodology.
