I am an active member in the Canadian Armed Forces. I have volunteered to go over to Afghanistan in April 2010. I am determined to know as much as I can about the cutlure and language before I go over. I would love to be able to talk with the locals to help with our mission. I know a couple words and phrases but nothing to boast about. I am prepared to dedicate myself to this - afterall it is my life overthere. I will give as much time as the army will allow me to have. I require a patient and flexible teacher. Some one who is proficient and professional.

I'm interested in learning a new language primarily for employment reasons. I do speak spanish and have no experience with the pashto language. I'm interested in learning both how to speak and write the new language. I can spend approx 20hrs a week and perhaps more if necessary to learn. I'm looking for someone who knows the language well both in written and spoken form.
