Hello I'm a beginner with a little knowledge on the japanese language. My hiragana is ok but could be better but I do know how to pronounce words and know some basic stuff. My only reason I want to learn is I have a fixation with languages and also as cliche as this sound I've been obsessed with Japanese culture since my dad shown me my first anime(at the time us Americans called it japanime). Someday I would like to visit japan on an extended stay hopefully. So far I've used iPhone apps and a little bit of Rosetta stone for my knowledge. At the current time I can give all of my weeknights to learning and weekends. As far as what I'm looking for just someone who can teach me well. Arigotou!

I am interested in learning Japanese because my grandmother is Japanese and doesn't speak much English. I've taken a year of community college classes, so I have a rudimentary understanding of Japanese. I'm looking for structured grammar lessons with some conversation as well.
