I have had the required years in college but have forgotten it almost completely. I try now but am embarrassed to practice because most spanish speakers speak better english than I do spanish. So I know some words and some structural sentence but really need to learn to talk and understand, especially to understand because they talk so fast and slur some sounds. I work in insurance, seguro de accidente naturales, something like that. I need to speak about parts of the house, contents in the house, weather, elements of disasters and about people and their lives....and sayings because there is nothing worse than not getting it!
