I have been studying ??? on my own and in the classroom setting for about two years. I feel a have a beginners to intermediate foundation already built. In fact I now have my three year old counting to 10 in Japanese on his own. I currently work for Apple Inc. and have the opportunity to enter into our trying program. I also have the opportunity to get involved in the training area of the Asia/Pacific. So to be honest, I am looking for some serious Japanese tutoring to help in a possible job transfer.

I have always wanted to learn another language and have spatterings of several, but have never utilized any enough to maintain what I learned. My boss is Korean and this will make maintaining what I learn possible as I can speak it on a nearly daily basis. I definitely consider myself a beginner as I know a few phrases but cannot carry on even a minor conversation. I would like once or twice a week classes which will be supplemented with chatting at work. The teacher I am looking for will challenge my learning without overwhelming a mother of three.

I want to learn Dutch because I currently work on boats, and I was a boat builder. The Dutch are very good builders, and I want to get an apprenticeshi p with one of the boat yards over there. My proficiency level is beginner. I'm currently studying Rosetta Stone. The time I'm willing to spend is to study a couple hours a night. My instructor needs to be traditional. I don't want to learn slang. I need to learn formal Dutch.
