To Whom It May Concern:
I am very interested in Scandinavia and love the people throughout the region. I have friends in Sweden, Denmark and Norway. I have been to visit all of these countries and found them wonderful! I would like to be able to communicate with my friends in a Scandinavian language. Since one of my closest friends is from Norway, I have decided to learn Norwegian.
I am a beginner but have take one local class. I will be away from the Philippines for most of the summer and did not want to lose the chance to continue my studies. I am not sure if this will help me with Norwegian but I am a fluent German speaker. I understand that both derive from a Germanic base language.
The classes I have been taking offer up to 600 hours ( from beginner to Advanced)I would like to be able to have a full conversation with a native speaker. I am planning to go to Norway in late August. I have no expectations that I will be that good by August but high hopes!! I am willing to dedicated 10 hours a week, which would be around 2 hours a day.
I look for professionali sm and patience in a teacher. As I am a beginner I am not sure of what I am looking for in my lessons.

I am learning Norwegian in order to apply for International Job in Norway as my partner in working in Norway ( Telenor, Oslo)
I do not have prior knowledge of the language so I want to start from the beginning. I am extremely fluent in English language and would like to learn Norwegian via English.
I believe since I am learning it for the first time all areas will be equally important to me.o
I can dedicate 1 hour daily to learn the language.

I have had 2 years of Swedish language lessons, and would love to continue those (Norwegian would be okay too).
I have also recently become interested in learning Russian.
