I want to learn Bosnian as a good addition to my learning in school.
I'd like to start at beginner but hopefully I'll expand from there.
I need particular improvement in all areas as there is no local teacher (in Wales).
I'll dedicate 9 hours a week to my language lessons with extra reading.
As long as they do not mind possibly explaining things twice or in simpler terms, then they are fine.

I have begun a realtionship with a woman in Serbia. I have visited and although she and most of her family speak perfect English, I would very much like to be able to communicate, even on a basic level, in her native language. I want to show her the respect I have for her and the committment I have to her.
I am a total beginner with only a few words
I have already begun studying a book on Serbo Croat and will look to see if I can purchase a CD course. However, a weekly lesson with a native speaker would be invaluable to ask questions of and to practice
I would want a teacher who was willing to be flexible in how they teach. So as well as following their own lesson structure would allow time for me to ask 'How would I say this', or 'How can I convey this feeling' etc. Also one who understands the culture of Serbia, so they could help me learn more of the mind set of the nation, which is vital in true communication .
