We are an organization that would like to offer Japanese language lessons to our adult staff.
We need structured sessions to be held twice a week for 12 weeks. This is part 1 of 2 parts for our beginners' course. The course is for beginners with zero knowledge of Japanese Language.
Part 1 (OCT-NOV-DEC) (Total 50 hours)
Part 2 (JAN-FEB-MAR) (Total 50 hours)
After the 100 hours, students should be able to do the Japanese Proficiency exam at an N5 level.
The class size can range between 5-10 Adult students, and each session is for 2 hours.
The classes need to be online on Monday and Wednesday from 12:00 -14:00 +3 GMT
The instructor must be a qualified Japanese Language teacher with experience and a Native of Japan.
The request is for Part 1 only now.

I have some beginner Japanese language skills, but would like to learn to converse and build sentences. I can read some hiragana/kata kana, although some characters still look confusing to me. I have found grammar and rules of the Japanese language to be a bit difficult, and hope for patience from the teacher. I want to learn Japanese to hopefully go live in Japan.
I recently finished a level 1 course where we completed over half of Genki 1.
At this stage I think I should improve in all aspects of the language, however grammer, vocabulary and speach are the areas I believe I should focus most on.
Time availabble for sessions may vairy from week to week since I have multiple jobs.
