I am an undergraduate student, who is very interested in the Indian Philosophical tradition. I wish to learn Sanskrit to help further my studies. I have only a very basic grasp of the Devanagari alphabet. I am eager to learn. My main goal would be eventually to be able to engage with written works in their original Sanskrit. I will be in Vancouver from June to September and am seeking a teacher for that time.

As lately I'm keen into spiritual life, I'm seeking for the guidance through the religious scriptures. In order to read, and comprehend the scriptures, I greatly appreciate those who could guide and teach Sanskrit to me. Since I'm new into the learning, I'll definitely consider myself as amateur in this ancient language.
As myself working during the weekdays, classes on weekends are greatly appreciated. I expect nothing much than a genuine tutor who could guide me to learn Sanskrit and hence complete my seeking of inner self through the religious scriptures.
