My husband and I just moved to Puerto Rico, from Rhode Island. We are both beginners in Spanish and we need a lot of practice. We are going to be looking for jobs here and we definitely need to become more comfortable with the language before that happens.
I am hoping to be able to have lessons as often as possible. The more we speak it, the quicker we will learn. I like to learn through conversation and association. Memorization will only take us so far. I want someone that is patient but will also challenge me to put in the time and do the work to learn.
