Hi,
My name is Ruth Gales and I am looking for a Russian tutor to help me to learn your language.
I am a complete beginner but am very interested in learning Russian. I am looking for a tutor for two hours per week to teach me the basics of the language - both grammar and conversation will be important to learn once I have grasped the basics. I have just completed a degree from UQ in German, French and Spanish so although I do not know any Russian, I have learnt other languages before.
Russ ian has always been a language that I have wanted to learn, but I wanted to wait until I finished my degree so as not to confuse myself too much!
I am looking for a tutor until January 2010, when I will go overseas. I have free time after 7pm in the week as I work until 6.30 weekdays. Weekends would also be possible although evenings would be preferred.
I live in West End but am happy to travel to you.

Tiaan has been taught english for the last 6 years in New Zealand and Australia and is now in year 10. He still seems to lack a basic understanding of the building blocks of the language and his spelling and grammer needs a lot of work. Tiaan was originally taught in Afrikaans and had to switch over to English at year 6 and by missing out on the earlier years he still can't make much sence of spelling and grammar. As Tiaan only has 2 years left of school we would like to help him improve before he consider further studies or joins the work force. Level Intermediate. I1 hour a week for lessons and 1 hour a day at home doing homework.
