I am learning these languages as a prerequisite to my career. I am still a beginner, I need to improve in writing and conversation skills, if possible, I would like to allot 5 hours a day for 320 hours at least 2 months , I am new to this field although I a fond of watching medias in each language, if it is fine if my teacher would be patient in teaching me, I may have a hearing difficulty on my right ear, so repeating some phrases might be expected.

i wish to learn japanese at moderate pace, perhaps slowly but thoroughly. Want to meet on weekends for 1-2 hours. I have completed elementary 1-4 at nihonggo center makati but find the intermediate coursework too demanding for my busy work schedule.
i am looking for a patient teacher. i have some memorization difficulty and unable to keep up with intermediate lessons in regular language school.
I find kanji extremely difficult to remember.

I want to work abroad, and go into a Japanese company. I have a small background of Japanese but I finished Minna no Nihongo book 1. Basically, I want to improve everything. For the time of my language lessons, 2-3 hrs every Saturday should do. I am looking for a teacher who makes Japanese easy to learn and of course for the teacher to have experience in the field already.

I am very eager in learning Japanese because it is the language that I am most interested in. Also, I have to learn Japanese because I work as an English tutor to Japanese students and sometimes it is difficult to communicate or explain with them the topics of the lesson. I find it most convenient if I am able to speak with my students comfortably in both English and Japanese. Lastly, I plan to go to Japan after I finish my studies.
M y Japanese skill is only at beginner level. I know how to read Hiragana and Katakana, but my reading is not as good in Kanji. I need to improve on grammar and conversation skills. I am free for language lesson for 2-3 hours a day.
I would like a teacher who can point out my errors and correct my mistakes. I would also like a teacher who is patient and kind during class discussions.
