I have always been fascinated with the Japanese culture and a big fan of their technology and vision. I have been working for large finance companies in Chicago and would benefit my business to learn Japanese. I figured if I really dived into a language, how could I benefit. Plus I would love to travel to Japan. Maybe a month retreat to do some soul searching. Also motivated by watching 'Lost in Translation'. I want to be able to take advantage of the sites and sounds of Japan by being able to communicate well enough to the locals. Plus I need a challenge.
