So far I can speak Indonesian as my native language
I speak fluent English, and intermediate level Japanese
I had 1 year formal Japanese study, I can speak quite fluent, but I need more lesson in grammar and reading kanji
I never had formal study for Mandarin, but I can speak with strong accent
I learned from my friends and people in Malaysia for 2 years, most of it was self study
I also can read some Chinese characters
I started learning Korean last week and I only knows some basic grammars and words

I am looking for a native Chinese speaker or language student with good pronunciation who would like to chat in Chinese to practice speaking skills. I had several Chinese friends where I went to college who enjoyed talking with students learning their language and am looking for something similar back in the Cincinnati area. I have taken about 15 college credits of Chinese and try to practice it with everyone I can. I am fine studying new words and reading on my own but could really use informal, conversationa l practice. I would prefer another young person, such as a high school or college student or recent grad, who I can easily chat with. My vocabulary is still limited but hopefully will improve steadily. I am happy to do some kind of trade (I’m a private SAT/ACT/math/ science tutor), or take you out to lunch if you want.
