I have a thorough understanding of the English language and am seeking to further advance my language skills in at least six different languages in order to better travel the world and be able to communicate with citizens globally at a level of acceptance. The first language I am seeking to learn is French, as I already have a beginner to intermediate understanding of the language, but cannot communicate in a conversation fully. I feel languages are one of the best assets a person can have. I'm looking to seek help at least once or twice each week. I'm looking for a teacher that is fully capable of explaining grammar and thoroughly teach conversation through teaching methods that are suitable to me that will surely last a lifetime.

I took French in school until grade nine (for five years), I would like to learn French to go into Journalism and the University I would like to go into is in Ottawa (so learning French would be useful). I could probrally do two classes a week if it were in person.
I would just like the teacher to be able to speak English and French very well, so we can have good communication skills
