I only know a few words that i picked up from a friend but really dont understand how to read wright or speak the language.
I met a student from Cluj-Napoca and we got along very well. she told me about her country and where she lived.
Since then I have become more interested in learning the language and Im also going to Romania next year and her mother doesnt speak english.
I need help in all areas
the qualities im looking for is for someone to teach me.

I have no experience whatsoever with Romanian and I will be spending at least three months in the country. I would like to be able to have basic conversations . I will be in Bucharest for about one month and I have a very flexible schedule. I want to learn as much as possible in this time and so I am willing to commit myself to 10 class hours a week for four weeks, plus outside study time. I wuold like a langauge teacher who is patient, understanding , and encouragnig but sets the bar high and expects a lot from me.

Hello, I will be living in Nantucket, MA from 20 June to 20 August 2008 prior to moving to Bucharest as a US diplomat. I am currently overseas now, but will be returning to Nantucket for summer 2008 and would to receive one on one romanian language training on the island of Nantucket. Please let me know if you have someone who would be interested in living on Nantucket Island for about 7 weeks and working with me for 3-4 hours per day, 5 days a week. thanks,

Hello, Sara,
I have been studing Romanian at home or ten months, using CDs and computer interactive lessons. (Pimsleur and Talk Now)
I need grammar/sente nce structure instruction. Next summer I plan to teach English (ESL) in Romania for at least six months (no job yet.)
Do you know someone who can spend an hour a week with me? Of course, I am willing to pay. I'll drive to San Jose if necessary.
