I am essentially a beginner, although I can read the cyrillic alphabet and know a few words of Russian.
I wish to learn Russian because I would like to travel there, and also because I hope to study a masters in Russian and Eastern European Studies.
I want to spend one or two hours every week face to face with my tutor, and I would also like two or three hours' of 'homework' every week.
