I would like to learn Hebrew in order to eventually live in Israel. My proficiency in all skill areas is beginner, but not novice. I will be moving from Townsville to Brisbane in December of 2009 and would like to begin lessons at that time. I need to work on all skills areas and I think 2-4 hours per week would be optimal. I have studied a small amount of german.
I am an opera singer and need to be more fluent in my german as I want to work in Germany in the near future.
Grammar and conversation are my big things i need to work on.
I want to dedicate about 1 lesson to 2 a week.
I want to have a teacher that is conversation which will in turn cause me to think. As it is easy picking up a language but hard putting it into practice.

Hello,
I am a beginner wishing to learn french. I am not concerned with being able to write French, but would like to be able to understand and hold a conversation in the language.
I would like to start with 1 lesson per week, and am looking for a relaxed, friendly teacher who will be very patient with me as new language skills I do not find terribly easy to learn.
