The reason I have chosen to learn french is I have always loved new languages. This is not my first language to take on. I spent one year in southwest China learning mandarin. I have decided to take on french because I think it will be vidal to my future. I have also met someone special who has the same pasion as me for learning new languages. We have set out a plan to one day move to France. She has already taken a couple classes and is by far better than me. My level in french is sadly enough beginner. I feel I can get the conversationa l part of french down pretty well. I have checked out a couple books, but thats as far as I have gone. I feel the grammer for me will be one of my most difficult areas. I am acustom to spending about an hour a day to learning new languages, but this can also be a challenge because of my job. I work nine to five basically, but on ocasion I have to put in more time. I need to find a teacher who can be flexible with our time. I also need one on one teaching. E-mail and internet chatting just doesn't work for me. I am looking for a teacher who has the patiants to help me achieve my goals.

I have studied French for about 2 years. Learning French is one of my hobbies since I dont use it in my work. I would like to improve all areas with a strong emphasis in conversation and grammar.
