Hello. My name is Erika. I am half Korean, half Filipino. My goal is to learn Korean language for my own benefit and to speak to my relatives. I am looking for a teacher to teach Spanish to small group of coworkers at our business headquarters. In the not-too-dista nt future, we will need to communicate with counterparts and new business partners in various regions of Latin America. I would classify all of us as beginners. We are interested most in improving our verbal skills in Spanish, followed by grammer, reading, and lastly, writing. We can dedicate one session, maybe two sessions, per week; each session being anywhere from one to two hours. We are looking for a teacher who is able to teach to various different learning styles: visual, verbal, auditory, and tactile/kines thetic. I hope lessons can be interactive, engaging even beyond the classroom, and applicable to our business needs. Non-conventio nal teaching techniques are welcome; we're a non-conventio nal group. Homework assignments, particularly working with each other and/or small projects, would also be of interest.
