I am hoping to learn Spanish because my fiance is Venezuelan and would like to be able to communicate with his family.
I am a beginner with only a few conversationa l phrases.
I will be home in Waterloo for 2 months (July and August) this summer and I am willing to do lessons 2-3 times a week and homework.
I am looking for someone who speaks Latin American Spanish and who can help a quick learner to get the basics down in 8 weeks.

I've always been interested in becoming fluent in Spanish. I have taken several classes in the language and actually have graduated with a degree in Spanish Education, however, in order to teach I need a rating of Intermediate High/Advanace d Low on the ACTFL Test. When I took the test I received a rating of Intermedite Mid.
I do work at least 40 hours a week, however, I am willing to dedicate as much time as I can in order to become fluent.
