I have been trying to learn Russian on my own through CDs and phrase books for the past year or so. I have learned quite a bit own my own, but I would love to have private lessons with a native Russian speaker. I am fascinated by the Russian language and would love to learn more about the countries history and it's traditions and culture. I want to become fluent in Russian. I want to be able to speak, read and write as a native Russian.

My level of proficiency is beginner-inte rmediate. I want to learn portuguese because I am actually half Brazilian and would like to get in touch with my roots. I am also planning a trip to Rio next year and would like to be able to interact with the natives! I am looking for a teacher with a flexible schedule since I am a full time student of communication s at the Univ. of Houston, which involves most of my time (however, I am able to dedicate 3-4 hrs a week to learn more). THERE IS NO BETTER teacher than one who enjoys working with peoole, communicative , patient, fun, and loves their profession!

HI,
I have attended Studieskolen in Denmark and Berlitz in Denmark.I know some danish but not alot. I really want to learn danish fluently because I will be moveing back to Copenhagen in 3 to 5 years. My husband is Danish and I know my husband would really love it if I could talk to him in Danish too since he is away from home. I feel the longer I am away from Danish the more I forget.I would be very dedicated and would spend as much time as needed to accomplish my goal.I would really like someone in the area of HOUSTON. But if I can't find someone I am willing to take online classes. I would be able to dedicate 3 hrs a day towards my lessons. I am a student already and currently not working. I am looking for a teacher with patience. My biggest problem is pronounceiati on. I do well with spelling or I did at least.Im kind of rusty.
