To All Japanese Tutors,
I'd like to arrange private lessons with a Japanese tutor on a weekly basis, possibly twice a week. Would be looking to study once during the week after work and again on Saturday or Sunday in Causeway Bay. I have work and family reasons to study so it is more of a lifetime goal to always improve my Japanese, my level is (was) JLPT 2 but it is slowly but surely falling as I moved from Tokyo to Hong Kong about a year and a half ago. I am happy to pay well for the lessons provided that you as the tutor have previous experience, are a native Japanese and you are willing to follow a semi-structur ed format (ie, textbook, etc). And we gotta have FUN! Let me know if you are my future teacher or can introduce me to one, appreciate it. Also willing to do a language exchange of sorts if you are interested in that.

I have learned basic Italian for a few months but did not manage to continue due to my workload. I would love to continue my studies but on a more flexible manner so that my time scheudle can be accommodated. Learning Italian is more for my pesonal interest and not for business purpose, as I like the country very much and would like to know more about it. If possible, I would like to have 1 - 2 priviate lessons per week, 1.5 hours for each session, with the lesson to be conducted in Wanchai or Sheung Wan. I would like to have a teacher who will be able to explain the rules and principles of the language to me so that I don't have to purely memorise everything by heart. I would like to reach a stage where I can speak fluently with Italians and read newspapers/ magazines/ recipes.

I love everything Italian. I have been studying the language at my home university in Canada since 2008, and I believe my current level is intermediate. But ever since I came to Hong Kong for a 1-year exchange, I haven't been practicing my Italian anymore because the course is not available at the host university. Anyways, I want to improve both grammar and spoken skills. Since I'm going to Shanghai for Christmas, I hope to start my lessons in January 2011, maybe twice or three times a week, 1~3 hours each lesson. I prefer my Italian teacher to be native Italian speaker and has some teaching experiences.

I want to learn for two reasons, because im in the hospitality business where my just speaqking your native tongue is not great and i have to admit i have an Italian girlfriend whose parents dont speak a word! So thought id make the effort and try!
I am an absolute beginner but have gandered through a textbook or two and had to listen to a few Italian insults so i have a grounding of the language but cant construct a sentence yet.
Conve rsation is important therefore but i find the written word easiest to learn with. I probably want to start with an hour a week and see how it goes initially, my schedule will be a little erratic as i am doing shift work not structured hours. Would love to do face to face lessons or on skype and dont care about being private or in groups although my schedule would make group learning more difficult for me.
I would like to budget 200HKD per hour if poss
