I am learning because I want to study abroad at a University in China next year. I also want to pursue business plans that involve China. I am a beginner to the Mandarin language. I need grammar and pronunciation improvement. I also need help with the characters. I am very motivated and dedicated to learning the language. I would like to dedicate at least two hours a week in private lessons. I expect the teacher to be patient and understanding that this is very knew to me.

I want to learn how to speak Tibetan because i intend to visit Tibet in the future.
I might as well say i am a beginner although i understand and can speak a very few when it comes to Tibetan language.
I am interested more in improving my communication skills.
I would like to take like two classes a week and depending on how fast i improve i want to keep on going because i want to converse in Tibetan fluently.
I want my teacher to be someone who can really benefit me, who is friendly enough so that i can feel comfortable and start learning faster because i am a little shy kind of person.

I would like to learn American Sign Language so that I may become an ASL Interpreter in Houston Schools. From that point, I would like to further my experience by opening a special needs daycare.
I have not yet taken an ASL class but have been on the hunt for an affordable beginner course. I am currently enrolled in classes at San Jacinto college, non ASL related. I can set aside time weekly to learn ASL though. I would like a teacher whom is patient.
