My name is Vedran Knezevic, and I was born in Sarajevo Bosnia. I came to Canada when I was 3 years old so I lost a lot of my native tongue. I'm very proud of where I come from but I get embarrassed when I need to speak Bosnian because I'm not confident with it. I can't pronounce a lot of words and I don't know proper sentence structure. I can communicate in Bosnian but I'd say I'd be a beginner because I'd like to start from the start. I'm looking for someone who has professional experience in teaching Bosnian, Croatian or Serbian. I'm willing dedicate as much time as I need to learn my native tongue so I don't need to be embarrassed when I speak my language.

I met a girl from Bosnia and her parents don't speak English so I want to learn Bosnian in order to communicate with them.
I know absolutely nothing about the language.
I need improvement in conversation mostly.
I want to dedicate as much time as my schedule permits but I am very hard working and goal oriented.

I speak English and a very minimal level of French. My boyfriend is a native of Bosnia. I have become quite close with his family, who speak little English. Our goal within the next 5 years is to move to Bosnia and we will be visiting there this summer. I am a social worker who completed my masters with a focus on working with Canadian refugee children. I would like to in the future work with bosnian ppl and thus will need to speak the language. I know some words and am reading a self learning workbook but I literally sPeak no bosnian. I want to start doing at least one or two hours of private tutoring per week with someone to teach me bosnian. I'd also like to have homework during the week. Please advise if there is a tutor who can assist me.

Hi I am learning bosnian/serbi an/croatian (haha same language) because it is my mothers language and I am spending the summer there. I want to be able to make conversation, so nothing really complicated. I know a little and I able to grasp some words in conversations . I want to have at least 2 h per weer.
