I am learning Persian because my wife is from Iran and i really want to communicate with her and her parents in their native language. I've been in Germany for 5 yrs but had to learn German before i could attempt Persian. I've started to learn the alphabet and still at the beginnings of beginners level. I would like to spend as much time as i can during the week. Anywhere from 5-15 hours a week would be ideal. I'm looking for someone who is patient and can explain things in English.

One side of my family is from Iran, but we never learned the language at home. We only spoke English and German. I have always wanted to learn, but have never gotten around to it.
I am looking for someone who can either speak English or German and is preferably a native Farsi speaker.
I think i would like to learn how to write and read, but most importantly I would like to understand and speak Farsi.
I would like to have one lesson evey week with given work to do on my own. timing is flexible though.
