Hello. I would like to learn Amharic to a conversation level. I have only learned some basic greetings so far. I mix a lot with the Ethiopian community here in Melbourne so would like to advance my knowledge.

My wife is Ethiopian but our son and daughter, joshua and Emily, aged 8 and 6 respctively only speak English and we would like them to learn Amharic. Obviously my wife, Mestawat does speak fluent Amharic but the children only speak English at home.
I do speak some Amharic, but only a little. I may like to learn too!
