I am placing this notice on behalf of my stepson who came to the US this month from the Philippines. He is a native Ilocano speaker with good Tagalog and poor English. He is enrolled in the 6th grade at a local school, having gotten half way through the 7th grade in the Philippines. We are looking for an arrangement involving a few hours of 1-1 instruction per week, after school or in the evenings. In person would be ideal, if possible, in the Dilworth area of Charlotte.

Our daughter, Aigul, lives in Moscow but is from Kazakhstan. Our daughter’s boyfriend, Dima, is an executive at Price Waterhouse Coopers in Moscow. He currently reads / writes US English at about the 7th grade level. We needs a customized four week summer program to significantly improve his English Listening Comprehension skills. Could you recommend someone who could help us?
