Hallo! My name is Samantha and I am in desperate need of a someone to teach me to speak German, ideally Austrian-Bava rian German. I want to move to Austria someday and feel obligated to learn the native language before I do so. I am so fascinated with the language and culture and have German heritage myself so I cannot wait to get started! I am a complete beginner and only fluent in English. I want to learn Sign Language, Latin, German, Russian, potentially Ukrainian, Spanish, Arabic, Portuguese, Italian, and other languages with you. I have started to learn some other languages in the past, but I have temporarily quit other languages. I might need help with vocabulary, with grammar, and with everything in other languages. I have a mild of of autism, the Syndrome of Tourette, obsessive-com pulsive disorder, and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. Please help me with other languages.

I have two reasons for learning German: 1. For myself since I've always wanted to be fluent in a language other than English, I feel it a nessecity in this day and age, and 2. I'm in culinary school right now and since there is so much diversity in this profession and so many opporitunitie s for visiting new places and meeting new people I feel that I'd be better prepared by having a few languages under my belt. I would also like to learn Spanish and French at a later date, but for right now my main focus is on German.
I' m a beginner in German. I know the numbers, the colors, days of the week, pronunciation , a few verbs and present tense conjugation (bringen, singen, kommen, können, etc), pronouns, extremely basic grammar, and a small vocabulary of everyday words.
I am usually completely free over the weekend. Both Saturday and Sunday, I'm also looking to have some spare time in the comming months since I have very few classes scheduled for next semester. I'm not certain with my work schedule but my boss is flexible and I've already requested morning shifts so that I can have my German classes in the evening. This can be discussed in detail if you would like to get in touch with me as a potential student.
I've often tried self-study and it really hasn't worked out very well. I've come to realize that I need person to person instruction. I would like a teacher that preferable is a native speaker of German, and if not at least very qualified to teach it. Also, if possible video chat or voice chat would be a plus in a teacher, as I often find myself being able to read a language but cannot understand it when heard or when spoken to me. I ask that my teacher be through, patient, and fun to work with.

Hello!
I have recently decided to invest some time in learning German & Italian, and I am looking for private or small group classes with teachers of these two languages. My native language is Portuguese, and I also speak French. A lot of what I appreciate in arts, music and literature come from the languages cited above, and I would like to learn them well. (I am beginner in both languages, even if the Italian feels a bit closer to 'home'). I truly believe that learning a language goes beyond learning its structure but it should rather be taken as a whole social / cultural approach. Being a native speaker is NOT essential for me. Being a language teacher is. If you are a non-native teacher who knows German and/or Italian well, please contact me. If you are a native teacher, better yet! =)
