I know maybe 3 or 4 words in Arabic. I want to learn this language because my boyfriend is Lebanese and since he learned Chinese for me, I would like to suprise him by learning Arabic. I mainly just want to learn conversation for now. I am willing to dedicate as much time as i can have to learn the language, I'm not sure on the exact amount of time. In a teacher I'm only looking for patience and skill. Thanks!
