I am 62 years old and I would love to speak spanish. I work for the ATP (Tennis) and speak to many people from all of the world. I am Cuban american. My mother is American and my father is Cuban. I was raised by my mother's side of the family and never really had the oppurtunity to learn as much as I'd like. I do know some simple things and can understand much more than I am able to speak. Although, now I am working in the pharmacy and have had to speak to alot of other latinos who are unable to speak any english at all. Here lies my problem, I am able to understand alot of what the patients are saying but not able to communicate back with them and tell them what they need to know. I'm very self conscience about this and am very eager to learn as much as possible not only to help with my career but to be able to pass the language along with the cuban culture to my children.If there are any teachers that are located close to my area and are willing to help me please contact as soon as possible.
