Description |
To Whom It May Concern; My name is Jeffrey Chiappone and my proficiency level would be beginner. I have listened to Turkish for quite a while having been to the country three different times. I want to learn Turkish because I have been in a serious relationship with a Turkish girl for almost three years now and am considering living in Turkey after college graduation. I am willing to dedicate at least two-three hours a day to my studies. I need particular improvement in conversation and grammar. I have no specific qualities that I am looking for in my teacher but the lessons I would prefer to be online or through email because I work a full-time job. Thank you very much.

To whom it may concern:
I am searching for a Turkish teacher in Rochester, New York. I have been taking private lessons with a Professor of Turkish Language and Culture from the University of Texas in Austin. I have been taking lessons from him since I moved to Austin in September. I am moving back to Rochester, New York in May, and I am hoping to find a dedicated teacher, who can work with me to continute my lessons. I am very interested in the Turkish language and culture. I recently made a two week long vacation to Istanbul and Bursa. My significant other of six years is Turkish, and I find it very important to learn his language and about his culture. I hope that you can help me. I am probably still a beginner. My vocabulary is growing (slowly but surely) but I feel like I have a good grasp on the present tense. We have just finished coving the genetive case, and move to the accusative case endings. Unfortuately, I do not think we will get to the Future tense before I leave Austin in May. I am willing to commit to two to three hours a week of actual class time (As low as 1 hour. Currently, I am in 1 hour a week classes, but I have another classmate that I study with throughout the week).
