I am in a relationship with a guy who is from India and who's native language is Kannada. It's very important for him (and equally important for me) to be able to communicate with his family.
I'm at a very, very beginner level and I really do want to get started as soon as I can. Pronunciation and grammar is important to do right especially if you want a strong foundation.
I'm able to meet once a week but will be able to practice daily.
I am looking for a teacher with whom I can relate to, who is patient and thorough, and is excellent at teaching language. I can understand Hindi/Punjabi but can not speak it very well.
