I try my best to adapt my lessons to the student (his or her goals, level, interests, way of learning).
We will use a site named "Spreed" to have videoconferen ces where we can see and talk to eachother (written and verbal communication ), I can upload course-materi al and both of us can manipulate it. As long as the internet connexion is good, I consider it even more efficient than face-to-face lessons!

Program Description

I teach in English, French or Norwegian, as you prefer. I think the key to learning a language is to practice it as much as possible, and study the grammar (when needed) in a comprehensive way. Languages are made to be spoken and only practice makes perfect.

Teaching Experience

I have worked with young foreigners (from 11 to 16 years old) having absolutely no knowledge in French by adopting an immersive teaching approach.
I also worked with an online language school for two years. Now I've been working as a private teacher by myself for two years.
Norwegian is my mother tongue and learning to teach French has also given me a new perspective on my own mother tongue. I know which processes one goes through when one learns a foreign language, what kind of difficulties you meet and especially which methods that work the best for most people (having been trying many methods to learn languages such as Spanish, Arabic, Greek as well as English and French).

I'm quite flexible!
Fo r the payment, I use paypal or normal bank transfer.
All language material is included (except perhaps from one basic language book that I may have to ask you to buy/borrow from the library due to copyright law).
I use "På vei", "Stein på stein", "Opp og fram", "Det går bra" and "Her på berget" as my basic material (books that are wideely used in Norwegian courses for foreigners in Norway) along with other materials - made by myself and from other books (that I use depending on the person's needs and wishes). If you are currently working with another book, we can also work with that if you prefer.

* A corrected written assignment is about 350 words. For a beginner level, this can be split into two smaller assignments (350 words alltogether). If you have lessons with me, I usually correct assignments in class with you, so that I can explain all the corrections and make sure you understand them, so this is an optional service for those who prefer it.
