Teaching Approach

Language should not been seen as a subject but a life-long skill. My idea is that language should not be learnt solely for test. I will let my tutees know the interesting part of learning a new language and enjoy speaking a foreign language which they have never tried before, in a casual and easy way.

Program Description

I'm a new graduate of Cambridge A level 2009.
I'v been studying in Singapore National Junior College IP programme for 4 years as a MOE scholar.
I have plenty of tutoring experience as my main CIP points were gained from tutoring secondary school children, including math and Chinese.
I focus on understanding of concept and application of knowledge.
I 'm good at drawing attention from children and making them to think about the questions.
I would like to have one-to-one small lesson or no more than 3 children.

Teaching Experience

I took part in 2009 Cambridge A level exam.
During College, I took part in numerous tutoring programmes to earn my CCA points, mainly secondary school children, teaching math and Chinese. I have gotten very positive feedback from tutees.

Teacher Training

Graduate from Singapore National Junior College in 2009.
Emcee for many school events. Can articulate both Chinese and English.

1. My teaching schedule:
Af ter A level, I'm free from 2010 Jan to march. I need to go back to Singapore to get my results and apply for scholarship if possible.
After that i will come back to China and stay until June or July.
During this period of time, I'm all free to give tuitions.
Also, I'm ok to attend lesson at tutee's home.

2. My payment policy:
My main aim is to gain more teaching experience and earn some money for my university, so price is not the most important. We can discuss on it.
