The lesson structure(in the beginning) will be flexible and I will try to attend to the student's needs, so any area that needs polishing, we will work on that. The syllabus for Modern, Koine, and Classical Greek will be followed, focusing on the areas that the student needs most work or what they wish to work on.

Program Description

I am currently studying at the University of Sydney and I wish to offer my help to tutor in Modern, New Testament (Koine), and Classical Greek for beginners up until HSC level.
I'v e been studying Modern Greek for 16 years now and I am continuing to study the subject in uni, and majoring in it. I will be able to help to improve writing and reading skills as well as grammar and speaking. I can also help with Year 12 Extension Modern Greek students (especially those who are studying "A Touch of Spice" - I have plenty of notes) as well as writing activities and monologues.
As I am still only studying at university, I would prefer to take on only school students for now.

I have been doing private tutoring for 3 years, but also have taught Scripture and Sunday school for the same period of time. I have also previously worked at a child care (after school and vacation care) centre.

Currently studying a Bachelor of Arts (Majoring in Modern & Ancient Greek, and Ancient History) at the University of Sydney.
Co mpleted the HSC with highly accredited academic merits: 1st in Classical Greek – 92, 3rd in Modern Greek – 93, 2nd in Modern Greek Extension – 92.
