Teaching Approach

By incorporating aspects of coaching and learning psychology, my approach will not only help you improve more efficiently, but will also give you tailor-made skills to support your learning in the future. I have developed my approach over 12 years of teaching and through my MA in English Language Teaching research. The key is to find out what you are interested in and what motivates you and to use this as a base for our lessons.

Program Description

If we have lessons together they will always be built around your needs, learning preferences and your interests. However, our lessons will generally include all skills, pronunciation and relevant grammar and vocabulary. The materials we use will depend on your needs.

Frequently Asked Questions

When do you teach? I am available Monday to Friday 08:30 to 18:00 (some evenings may be possible).
Where do you teach? I am based in Amsterdam and can meet you anywhere (quiet) that you choose, including my home.

How do I pay? You pay one lesson in advance, this can be cash or by bank transfer. I will provide a receipt for each payment.

W hat is your cancellation policy? If you can't make our lesson you need to tell me 24 hours before. If you tell me after this you have to pay for the missed lesson.

Cost of Lessons

One to one (in person)- 30 Euros per hour (26 euros per hour if you book 8 lessons)
One to one (Skype) - 26 euros per hour
Small groups (2-5 people) - 15 euros per hour per person
