My teaching methodology varies on the learner's learning style. Most of the time I use L1 acquisition methodology. I guide them to create their own learning goal and create a path to achieve it.

Teaching English as a Second Language Job Experience

• Plan and deliver lessons to newcomers and international students in multicultural settings addressing issues of social and cultural integration • Provide substantial communicative practice aimed at developing and internalizing targeted language skills
• Develop study materials to introduce a variety of controlled and communicative activities
• Introduce real life contexts to practice language functions relevant for every day communicative purposes
• Utilize multi-media technologies for presentations , explanations and practice activities
• Address the intrinsic motivation by creating real life communicative situations and engaging students in pair work and group discussions
• Conduct initial and on-going needs assessments to determine relevant topics and themes
• Create relaxed, informal and positive atmosphere to ensure successful learning process.

Teaching English as a Foreign Language

• Introduce and explain grammar structures, organize practice activities in line with the curriculum
• Develop study materials based on required texts and additional authentic sources
• Incorporate audio and video materials when presenting and practicing grammar forms and structures
• Adapting educational materials with the adaptation of teaching with technology
• Develop and write lesson activities in consultations with specialists in sustainable development
• Prepare teachers’ training materials and present the educational kit during professional workshops

I have been teaching English for more than 13 years. Mostly of my learners were professionals who sought for their job promotion, and so they did. I am also currently working as a TESOL instructor and a freelance curriculum developer.
