Over the years, I have found flexibility is the key when it comes to teaching. Every student is unique, and what works with one might not work with another. As such, my lessons are tailored and personalised. I carry out an initial needs assessment, quickly identifying student strengths and areas for development and then develop a targeted plan of action around this.
