  • Teaching approach: First of all, teaching means to make a positive influence on the life of my students. I believe that through education a pupil will be in possession of the necessary skills to build a successful life. Enhancing my pupils’ critical thinking is extremely important and my endeavour is to make it possible for them to utilise the contents of my courses in practice. As a teacher, my responsibilit y is to make sure that learning takes place in a safe, supportive environment.
I am convinced that a teacher should be a facilitator. I believe that teaching should be centred around the students and their interests. In a classroom setting the teacher’s primary goal is to create the atmosphere in which students are able to have an experience with their new language. I employ structure in the classroom combing routines and procedures to help students be comfortable and confident in class. I adopt interesting learning activities during my lessons in order to grab the attention of my pupils and motiva...

  • Teaching approach: . During the last two decades I completed several projects on native language interference. It was the perfect opportunity for me to integrate research from numerous languages in order to answer the questions.
I n addition to this, my experience gave me the invaluable opportunity to strengthen my research abilities. I collaborated with my fellow coworkers to do research, design and publish a few articles on education. I also, participated in textbooks and curriculum projects.

  • Teaching approach: I think it is important to first understand your student, and their needs, prior to establishing a program or lesson plan for them, as not everybody can or will learn in the same fashion. So, in saying this, I may choose the use the "direct method," which prohibits the student from using his or her own native language during instruction, and as much as possible while the new language is being taught. I may also choose to use the communicative , or task-based instruction approach, which requires the student to focus on the immersion of the language, through completing a task inside or outside of the learning environment. Finally, I may decide to use a directed approach, which is widely popular, and involves the student repeating words, sayings, or phrases, giving to them by their instructors.
