First, four years of experience was with kindergarten children where I used to train them with rhymes and beautiful stories, concentrating mostly on activities based upon the subjects.
The next four years were a little bit different based on the primary classes. The place where we have to be a little bit strict to seek their attention first. According to the syllabus and curriculum, I had different styles of teaching. For instance to bring attention while teaching mathematics[ Topic: Addition, Grade 1 ] Ask the kids to draw the left-hand fingers on the paper and write 1 on each finger and count, as counting can be easily taught through the play-way method.
I can assure you that, if I get a chance to be a teacher according to the student's attitude and capability, their subjects, and grade to bring out their attention, different approaches will be taken with care. |
