Teaching approach:	My name is Adam, and I am a native English speaker from California. I have been teaching English as a second language now for five years, and I have taught English in Florida, South Korea, Panama, and Puerto Rico. I offer ALL students a free 15-minute lesson to introduce them to my method and to orientate them to the idea of learning online. All of my lessons are conducted through Skype, using a HD webcam and a USB headset. I provide all of my students a clear video of myself, so that they can see and head everything during the lesson. Teaching approach:	I know the struggle of learning the Spanish language. I felt like giving up many times but continued because of the need I had to learn it. I believe that full immersion is the best way to learn. Although this is difficult when you are not living in a Spanish speaking country it can be done. I frown on the use of English whether it is from myself or a student but realize that it is sometimes necessary. Students will be taught at a level and pace they feel comfortable with.
