From my experience, the best way to learn a language is to immerse yourself in it. Since most people cannot move to a French-speaki ng country for an extended period, I help create that during the lesson- staying in the target language (French). I do use a lot of images so you associate the French word with the image, not the English word. The goal is to avoid translation and learn to communicate the same way you learned your first language. |
