I use a systematic approach to learning developing all the active and passive skills: speaking, reading & listening most of the time and writing a bit less as it seems unnecessary for most students.
I make you use in a conversation everything you've just learnt in our lesson. It means that most grammar and vocabulary is divided into bitable pieces and is processed easily by my students, hence a quicker progress for you!
