There are several ways to approach the language teaching. I normally speak some basic words so as to understand the student level and determine how I will conduct the class. I usually work with visual elements like pictures with subtitles related to the topic. In addition, I ask the students to speak between them what I am teaching to put in practice. |

Mi enfoque de enseñanza es el enfoque comunicativo. Desde las primeras lecciones aprendemos vocabulario, conjugaciones y estructuras de frases sencillas para dar a inicio a la comunicación en el idioma meta, en mi caso el español. Practico la pronunciación varias veces y trabajamos las compresión oral y escrita. A medida que avanzamos en las clases vamos aumentando el nivel de aprendizaje agregando nuevo vocabulario, mas conjugaciones verbales y haciendo oraciones mas complejas en el idioma, a la vez la interacción y expresión oral y escrita se desarrolla gradualmente de acuerdo al avance de cada estudiante. |

I have been a Portuguese tutor for over eight years.
I adopt an informal and relaxed style where speaking the most in Portuguese is the priority. I really think that fun and relaxation are essential tools in the learning process.
In addition to native Portuguese, I am fluent in English and Spanish, and I am learning Hindi and Arabic.

I offer online sessions of Portuguese “à la carte”, adapted to the student, that is:
- I work with every level, fundamentals to conversationa l, where there will be an ongoing analysis of patterns of repeated mistakes, which will be later addressed in a more specific way. Typically, at more advanced levels, I like to devote ⅓ to half of the session to grammatical, more technical topics, and the rest of the session to conversation on a wide range of themes.
