My initial steps involve sounds of words and naming of things,once that basic technical bit has been covered in the first coupl of lessons,I move to daily conversationa l situations while underlying this with reading and writing.while ensuring that the student feels able to question and learn at every opportunity.I also take popular bits of literature known to the student and do Swahili translations for the Students' extra reading. |
